Andromeda respects your privacy.

When filling out a contact form on our site, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, phone number, company details or other details to help you with your experience.

We collect information from you when you register on our site, subscribe to a newsletter, respond to a survey, fill out a form, Use Live Chat, provide us with feedback on our products or services or enter information on our site.

How do we protect your information?

We do not use vulnerability scanning and/or scanning to PCI standards.

We only provide articles and information. We never ask for credit card numbers.

We use regular Malware Scanning.

In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

All transactions are processed through a gateway provider and are not stored or processed on our servers.

Accessing, ammending or deleting your information.

If, in any instance, we are not able to facilitate your request due to a legal obligation placed on ourselves by law enforcement, we will notify you in writing.

Breach of data security.

In the event that we experience a breach of data security that affects your persoanl information, we will notify you of said breach, within 14 days of the discovery of the breach. We will also notify you about the extent of the breach and what measures have been taken to further protect your information in future.

Do we use ‘cookies’?

We use Google AdSense Advertising on our website.

Google, as a third-party vendor, uses cookies to serve ads on our site. Google’s use of the DART cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on previous visits to our site and other sites on the Internet. Users may opt-out of the use of the DART cookie by visiting the Google Ad and Content Network privacy policy.

How does our site handle Do Not Track signals?

We do not currently honor Do Not Track signals and Do Not Track, plant cookies, or use advertising when a Do Not Track (DNT) browser mechanism is in place.

Does our site allow third-party behavioral tracking?

It’s also important to note that we allow third-party behavioral tracking such as Agile CRM.

CAN SPAM Act

The CAN-SPAM Act is a law that sets the rules for commercial email, establishes requirements for commercial messages, gives recipients the right to have emails stopped from being sent to them, and spells out tough penalties for violations.
